杨晓平
董事总经理，中国信息技术部负责人
杨晓平先生2004年在纽约加入摩根士丹利，主要从事做市业务系统的集成与开发。自2008年被派至上海以来，杨先生在设立和管理一系列重要交易技术团队的过程中发挥了关键作用，这些团队包括股权互换系统、数据分布系统及数据分析系统等。杨先生于2019年升任中国信息技术部负责人。自此，除管理交易技术团队外，杨先生亦开始负责该技术部的总体管理与运营，同时他也参与公司中国及亚洲业务的扩张。
杨先生于2021年获得中欧商学院EMBA学位。加入摩根士丹利之前，杨先生在美国某对冲基金任职高级工程师3年，负责该公司前端至后端基础系统的开发。更早之前，杨先生在Nortel Networks担任工程师。
Sean Yang
Managing Director, Head of Technology Shanghai Global Center
Sean Yang is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, Head of Technology Shanghai Global Center.
Sean joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 from New York and has been specializing in the development and integration of market-making systems. Since his relocation to Shanghai in 2008, Sean has been instrumental in building up and managing several key IST teams, including Equity Swaps, Data Distribution and Data Analytic systems. Sean was appointed Head of Technology Shanghai GIC in 2019. Since then, in addition to his local coverage of IST Shanghai, Sean has also been taking charge of the management and operations of this site, as well as participating in the expansion of the Firm's China and Asia businesses.
Sean holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sean worked as a senior engineer in a U.S. based hedge fund for three years, developing front-to-back infrastructure for that company. Before that, Sean spent two years as an engineer in Nortel Networks.
李志毅
董事总经理，摩根士丹利国际银行（中国）有限公司行长
李志毅女士毕业于上海财经大学会计专业，管理学学士。于2019年1月加入摩根士丹利国际银行（中国）有限公司，任董事总经理，首席战略官及业务总监；2019年7月被任命为总经理，并于2019年12月得到中国银行保险监督管理委员会的任职资格核准。2020年4月，经监管机构批准担任摩根士丹利国际银行(中国)有限公司执行董事。同时，李志毅女士是摩根士丹利集团中国区管理委员会委员。
李志毅女士在中国金融市场有20年工作经验，在企业投融资、金融衍生产品和跨境融资的方面积累丰富的一线经验。在加入摩根士丹利之前，于2016年8月至2018年12 月任渣打银行（中国）有限公司董事总经理，金融市场部中国区销售总监，负责对金融同业和各类型企业客户提供外汇、固定收益、信用和大宗商品等业务的相关服务。在此之前，就职汇丰银行和德意志银行，历任汇丰银行（中国）有限公司全球市场部中国区企业销售总监，德意志银行（中国）有限公司中国区跨国企业资金业务部主管以及核心客户资金业务部副主管等职。李志毅女士在人民币国际化和债券市场开放，金融市场产品创新和跨境融资及风险管理等各方面有广泛参与和实际操作经验，多次代表其服务的机构赴欧洲、美国和一带一路沿线国家进行业务交流和推广。
Maggie Li
Managing Director, General Manager of Morgan Stanley Bank International (China)
Ms. Li Zhiyi (Maggie Li) graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She joined MSBIC in January 2019, as Managing Director, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Client Solutions. She was appointed to become General Manager of MSBIC in July 2019 and approved by CBIRC in December 2019. She was appointed as an Executive Director of MSBIC with regulatory approval on 27 April 2020. Meanwhile, she is a member of Morgan Stanley Group China Management Committee.
Maggie has worked for 20 years in China financial markets, and had rich experience in corporate finance and derivatives business with front line roles. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Maggie was the Managing Director and Head of Financial Markets Sales in Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for FICC sales and business developments with Financial Institutions and Corporate Clients. Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, Maggie has worked for Deutsche Bank and HSBC in various positions in Corporate Banking, Capital Markets Treasury Solutions and Global Markets. Maggie had abundant experience in RMB Internationalization and cross-border financing and risk management, and she had focused on product innovations and business promotions of China's capital market open-up and Belt & Road Initiatives, therefore she visited many countries in America, Europe, and EM countries in South Asia and Africa.
