杨晓平
董事总经理，中国信息技术部负责人

杨晓平先生2004年在纽约加入摩根士丹利，主要从事做市业务系统的集成与开发。自2008年被派至上海以来，杨先生在设立和管理一系列重要交易技术团队的过程中发挥了关键作用，这些团队包括股权互换系统、TEDRA系统及ETARA系统等。杨先生于2019年升任中国信息技术部负责人。自此，除管理交易技术团队外，杨先生亦开始负责该技术部的总体管理与运营，同时他也参与公司中国及亚洲业务的扩张。

加入摩根士丹利之前，杨先生在美国某对冲基金任职高级工程师3年，负责该公司前端至后端基础系统的开发。更早之前，杨先生在Nortel Networks担任工程师。


Sean Yang
Morgan Stanley Executive Director, Head of Shanghai Technology GIC

Sean Yang is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, Head of Technology Shanghai GIC. Sean joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 from New York and has been specializing in the development and integration of market-making systems. Since his relocation to Shanghai in 2008, Sean has been instrumental in building up and managing several key IST teams, including Equity Swaps, TEDRA, and ETARA. Sean was appointed Head of Technology Shanghai GIC in 2019. Since then, in addition to his local coverage of IST Shanghai, Sean has also been taking charge of the management and operations of this site, as well as participating in the expansion of the Firm's China and Asia businesses.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sean worked as a senior engineer in a U.S. based hedge fund for three years, developing front-to-back infrastructure for that company. Before that, Sean spent two years as an engineer in Nortel Networks.

钱菁
摩根士丹利华鑫证券首席执行官

钱菁女士自2016年起担任摩根士丹利华鑫证券首席执行官。

担任此职务前，钱女士曾担任摩根士丹利中国区投资银行业务联席主管一职。此前，她是德意志银行投资银行部中国区联席主管，并曾在香港和新加坡就职于瑞银和瑞士信贷。钱菁女士具有21年的国际投行经验。在过去几年内，她一直负责大规模外资投资银行在中国的业务，成功主导了多宗大型资本市场项目。

钱菁女士毕业于新加坡国立大学，拥有工商管理一等荣誉学士学位。


Ms. Jing Qian
Morgan Stanley Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities.

Ms. Qian has 21 years experience in investment banking. Prior to her current role, she was the Managing Director and Co-Head of China Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Before Morgan Stanley, she was Co-Head of China Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. Ms. Qian has also worked at UBS and Credit Suisse in Hong Kong and Singapore. In the past few years, she has been responsible for China investment banking business in leading foreign investment banks, and led a number of landmark capital markets transactions.

Ms. Qian has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with First Class Honors from National University of Singapore.

张昭
摩根士丹利执行董事，上海信息技术中心首席行政官

张昭先生是摩根士丹利中国上海信息技术部的首席行政官，他同时是摩根士丹利全球大宗商品及衍生品交易技术亚洲团队的负责人。

张昭先生于2008年于上海加入摩根士丹利，主要从事大宗商品及衍生品的交易，估值，风险计算和生命周期管理系统的研发。他为公司在大宗商品及其衍生品的全球风险计算及收益归因系统的研发做出重要贡献。张先生于2017年任大宗商品及衍生品交易技术部的亚洲团队负责人，并于2021年兼任上海信息技术中心的首席行政官。


Joe Zhang
Morgan Stanley Executive Director, Chief Administration Officer of Shanghai Technology GIC

Joe Zhang is the Chief Administration Officer of the Shanghai Technology GIC, in addition to his responsibilities as regional head of Commodities Trading Technology Asia.

Joe joined Morgan Stanley in 2008 in Shanghai, and has been specializing in the system development of commodities derivatives trading, valuation, risk calculation and lifecycle management. He has been instrumental in building up commodities global risk and Profit and Loss system. Joe assumed the responsibilities of regional head of Commodities Technology Asia team in 2017 and expanded his responsibilities to be the Chief Administration Officer of the Shanghai Global In-house Development Center in 2021.

胡瀚森
摩根士丹利副总裁

在2019年加入了摩根士丹利公有云转型服务团队，基于多个公有云平台为公司提供基础架构解决方案。作为公有云团队在亚洲的早期成员，他也引领中国业务的公有云转型工作。他在2014年加入摩根士丹利，并在存储工程师团队工作。此前，他在2012年加入DellEMC并担任开发工程师，从事中端存储产品的研发工作。

胡瀚森于2012年毕业于上海大学，并取得计算机科学与技术学士学位。


Hansen Hu
Morgan Stanley Vice President

Joined Morgan Stanley Public Cloud Transformation Services team in 2019. He delivers foundational infrastructure solutions for the firm based on various public cloud platforms. As an early member of the Cloud team in Asia, he is also leading the cloud transformation for China business. Hansen joined Morgan Stanley in 2014, and had been working since then in the Storage Engineering team. Previously, he started his career as a developer in DellEMC in 2012, working on middle range storage products. Hansen earned his Bachelor degree of Computer Science and Technology in Shanghai University in 2012.

李梦萍
摩根士丹利副总裁

李梦萍2014年从上海交通大学硕士毕业后作为培训生加入摩根士丹利，作为固定收益跨产品风险平台Scala资深工程师，主要从事固定收益跨产品风险平台的集成与开发，参与并负责多个项目的设计和实现，包括风险平台关系综合查询语言，数据读写层等。作为上海创新委员会成员，她曾参与组织创新工作坊并推进公司技术革新。


Mandy Li
Morgan Stanley Vice President

Mandy Li is a senior Scala developer for Fixed-income Risk Platform. Mandy joined Morgan Stanley as a trainee in 2014 after graduating from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She focused in design and deployment of Fixed-income Risk Platform infrastructure projects, including Relational Integrated Query Language and Data Access Layer. She actively participates in organizing innovation workshops and promoting a culture of innovation as a member of Shanghai Innovation Committee.
