杨晓平
摩根士丹利执行董事，上海信息技术中心负责人

杨晓平先生2004年在纽约加入摩根士丹利，主要从事做市业务系统的集成与开发。自2008年被派至上海以来，杨先生在设立和管理一系列重要交易技术团队的过程中发挥了关键作用，这些团队包括股权互换系统、TEDRA系统及ETARA系统等。杨先生于2017年升任中国技术部副主管。自此，除管理交易技术团队外，杨先生亦开始负责该技术部的总体管理与运营，同时他也参与公司中国及亚洲业务的扩张。
加入摩根士丹利之前，杨先生在美国某对冲基金任职高级工程师3年，负责该公司前端至后端基础系统的开发。更早之前，杨先生在Nortel Networks担任工程师。


Sean Yang
Morgan Stanley Executive Director, Head of Shanghai Technology GIC

Sean joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 from New York, and has been specializing in the development and integration of market-making systems. Since his relocation to Shanghai in 2008, Sean has been instrumental in building up and managing several key IST teams, including Equity Swaps, TEDRA, and ETARA. Sean was appointed Deputy Head of China Technology in 2017. Since then, in addition to his local coverage of IST Shanghai, Sean has also been taking charge of the management and operations of this site, as well as participating in the expansion of the Firm’s China and Asia businesses.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sean worked as a senior engineer in a U.S. based hedge fund for three years, developing front-to-back infrastructure for that company. Before that, Sean spent two years as an engineer in Nortel Networks.

Mostafa Afifi
摩根士丹利执行董事，上海信息技术中心首席行政官

Mostafa是摩根士丹利上海信息技术中心的首席行政官，他同时负责管理信息技术部的中国基础架构分支。
Mostafa于2004年于伦敦加入摩根士丹利，在基础设施部门担任多个运营及开发职位，为公司在伦敦的互联网基础架构革新以及虚拟化应用做出重要贡献。在转向多个行业从事管理咨询之后，Mostafa于2016年于上海再次入职摩根士丹利，2017年担任中国基础架构负责人，并于2019年开始兼任上海信息技术中心的首席行政官。


Mostafa Afifi
Morgan Stanley Executive Director, CAO of Shanghai Technology GIC

Mostafa Afifi is the CAO of the Shanghai Technology GIC in addition to his responsibilities overseeing China Infrastructure.
Mostafa joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 in London where he has held several operational and engineering roles across Infrastructure and has been instrumental in the renovation of London’s internet plant, as well as the Firm’s adoption of virtualization. Mostafa rejoined the Firm in 2016 in Shanghai after working as a management consultant in several industries. Mostafa assumed the responsibilities of China Head of Infrastructure in 2017 and expanded his responsibilities to be the Chief Administration Officer of the Shanghai Global In-house development Center in 2019.

徐扬
摩根士丹利副总裁 固定收益跨产品风险系统Scala 平台资深工程师

徐扬女士在摩根士丹利信息技术部任职，负责上海固定收益风险基础设施团队。 徐扬女士2009年研究生毕业后作为培训生加入摩根士丹利。曾经在多领域开展工作，包括股票交易路由系统， 信用风险违约交易和风险系统， 固定收入跨产品风险系统，以及公有云部署等。多年来，徐扬女士曾领导和参与多个技术革新项目，涉及信用风险衍生品风险管理及来自外部监管需求的项目 。徐扬女士毕业于中国科学院计算技术研究所, 获计算机硕士学位。


Yang Xu
Vice President, Senior Scala Developer for Fixed-income Risk Calculation Engine (RICE) Platform

Yang Xu leads Federal Apps Data and SDLC team in Shanghai. She joined Morgan Stanley as a trainee in 2009. Yang has worked in different areas including Exchange Connectivity in Equity, Credit Trading and Risk System in Fixed Income, and most recently RICE Risk Infrastructure and Cloud Adoption. Over the years, she has participated and led projects in these area including Credit Derivatives Risk Renovation and Regulatory Projects like Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB). Yang graduated from Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences with a master in Computer Science.

刘漪琰
摩根士丹利执行董事 上海信息技术部 全球外汇衍生品风控系统项目主管

刘漪琰2007年从浙江大学硕士毕业后加入摩根士丹利，是信息技术部门执行董事。从事证券类产品交易10余年，参与并主导了摩根士丹利证券衍生品计价和交易系统，市场衍生数据分析监控系统等大型电子化系统的设计和实现。于2017年加入外汇部门，担任全球外汇衍生品的风控系统项目主管。2018-2019年间任摩根士丹利中国WBA（Women's Business Alliance）联席主席，目前亦为Women In Tech委员会成员。她曾作为摩根士丹利上海的优秀员工代表登上了公司主页，同时她也是两个孩子的母亲。


Yiyan Liu
Executive Director of Morgan Stanley Shanghai Technology, Global FX Option Risk Team Lead

Yiyan graduated from Zhejiang University and joined MS in 2007 as a trainee. She has done various of projects in Equity space, including Equity derivatives pricing and trading systems, Equity derivatives data analytic and monitoring, as well as Delta1 trading. She was leading the ART (Automated Risk Trading) team in SH before she moved to FX in 2017.
Yiyan co-chairs WBA (Women's Business Alliance) China for the last two years, she is also a member of the Women in Tech Committee. As an outstanding employee, her profile was posted on Morgan Stanley official website, and she is the mother of a boy and a girl.
